Because all Kocari footwear is custom handcrafted to order (pre-orders), we do not offer cash refunds or order cancellations once production has begun. However, we guarantee a 100% Size Exchange to ensure your shoes fit perfectly.

1. Pre-Order & Crafting Window Each pair of shoes is individually handcrafted upon order placement. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for crafting, quality inspection, and dispatch.

2. Return & Size Exchange Policy

• Cash Refunds: Not applicable (All sales are pre-orders made specifically for individual customer orders).

• Size Exchange: If your shoes do not fit, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: The footwear must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in the original shoe box with all packaging intact.
